Outstanding customer service. Samantha went out of her way to get a part I needed. I had called about 10 other businesses with no luck. When the part arrived at the end of the day she made sure to call me and allowed me to pay for it over the phone so I could pick it up after hours.

A total rip-off and scam.Don't waste your money fixing things here.They are overpriced and rude to customers. they will charge you even before starting working on your product. Never coming back to this place ever again and if I have less than one star, I would've given them. An awful customer service. ?

Well, hate to be "That guy" but I sent an inquiry about a 2" float valve and the response said someone would get back with me in 48 hours... its been a week! I just wanna know if yiu have a 2" float valve before I go out there to find out you don't have it. I'm in Farmington, not far but, I kinda would like to know... I'll change my rating if someone responds.

5 stars is an insult. These folks deserve 10 stars for outstanding customer service. TJ jumped right in and helped us with everything we needed and gave some solid recommendations on awesome products. I now have a new goto place for my pipe and fittings. THANK YOU TJ, YOU ARE AWESOME.

Great service- just a little pricey. I paid $45.80 for 10' schedule 40 pvc 2". Home depot has the same 10' schedule 40 pvc 2" for $21.91.
