I think the lady is the manager. I was buying cigarettes and wanted to pay $5 cash and put the rest on my card. The lady said well let me see because you have to run your card first. I said first??? She said theirs was backwards from everyone else's. Well i knew better but let her do her thing. Then she was trying figure out how much $5 from $12.68 would be. I told her if you deduct the $5 the balance is $7.68. Anyway, when she told me to run my card, just as i knew, the whole charge of $12.68 was going to go on my card. I was already shocked that she cannot do simple subtraction or know how to run a cash register, i told her just like i knew it was going to charge the full amount to my card, but never mind i will just go a head and run it that way. Unbelievable. It's a good thing it was only $5 she was trying to count, I would have hated to see her have to use toes to count.

The lady working today 01/24/24 was smoking at the front door so my daughter had to walk through her cigarette smoke then she yelled the Fword multiple times absolutely ridiculous i get your a Dollar General but 1% of class would be nice

Julian is such POSITIVE energy and always extremely helpful & friendly when I walk into the store. He always make sure my peach rings are in stock. His kindness makes me look forward to coming to the store.

The store manager was ranting and raving about the cut hours. I will never again shop a Dollar General store. Poor customer service

Visit was ok but I get tired of all the boxes in the isles when stocking is going. That is just me though. They do a great job making sure the shelves are stocked. Good job.

I bought a gift card from this store and put 400 dollars on it.. well by the time I tried to use it a few hours late. Someone from the store had redeemed the card.. I went back to the store and the lady told me I had to call apple. Well I called apple and they told me that someone from the dollar gen store had redeemed the card.. I went back to the store to let them know and I was told about one after I left the store a someone from the store had redeemed the card and I should confront them so back to the store I went. I was told they hadn't I follows a company person around forAlso I couldnnt talk to the mangaer cause she was gone.. so what I'm saying is beware of the stop if your buying cards cause the will rip you off... 400 dollars is a lot of money to loose. And that store is a huge rip off... Don't go there unless you have to... They damn well lost a customer in me....

Great friendly staff, Just lots of clutter. Mostly every isle has carts and boxes everywhere, But otherwise it's good.

Okay so I asked for an application do I can work. But I was told we are over staffed. I said Okay. I was thinking as I gone out I was like over staffed. Then where are all the workers that you have are over staffed not working and only one at the register. Where is everyone at. Just sitting around in the back. If your overstaffed then why aren't they out here putting all the stuff on shelves and organizing the shelves and cleaning up the place. This place is the Bloomfield Store. That place is so filthy and boxes n boxes in ailes. Actually you know what it needs a better management there.
