Last week I needed some food for my dog. When I first walked in the store I was greeted by a sales person. That was nice. After looking at some of the dog foods, I asked for a manager. To my surprise the main store manager greeted me with a big smile. Although I had a number of questions, taking a bit more time, she made me feel so welcome and like I was the most important customer at the time. To the upper management you have a keeper here with that store manager. She was kind, knowledgeable and was very patient with me. Thank you.

I went there excited to use the doggy wash area for my mini poodle specially for the dryer because poodle hair type has to be completely dry to brush. When I started the drying process the dryer gave out. I tried the second one and that one wasn’t working either. Employee Garet went in there to try and fix them by pounding the dryers to the wall because apparently that’s how they get it to work but it didn’t work today. I went to the front with my wet dog to ask for a refund or maybe a complementary wash after they get the dryers to work. The lady in the front called the “manager” DAVID MONTOYA and told him the dryers weren’t working and his response was “ok and what do you want me to do about it?” I asked him if I could get a refund and he says “no” and stares at me. I asked why not if his facility isn’t properly working and he says “if you go to a restaurant and you eat the food you can’t get your money back” I told him if I go to the restaurant and have complaints because of the food yes I would get my money back that’s most restaurants policy. He then says well you used the facility and were pounding the machines on the walls. That’s when I had it! I told him HIS EMPLOYEE WAS POUNDING THEM TO FIX IT! He tells the lady up front to give me my money back. So my question is…if he was able to give me my money back because his facility wasn’t properly working why try to gaslight me into staying quiet and not wanting my moneys worth? DAVID MONTOYA needs more training and should learn to treat his clients with respect and not gaslight them. I asked for someone above him and he said “Alyssa will me here any other day”. I came so excited to use this facility for my poodle and instead I left upset with my wet poodle. Don’t take your fur babies there! Specially in winter, I had to hurry home and dry my poor wet poodle.

Great place with great prices. We buy all our animals stuff here as well as buy dog food, cat food, horse grains, bunny food, chicken and duck crumble. We also buy clothing. We have had great customer service. Return and exchange are easy.

This store is absolutely the worst for not having any inventory they advertise online in stock showing it in specific aisles. They should let the manager go that's responsible for conducting accurate numbers regarding available inventory.

I’ve never had trouble at tractor supply, always been nice and polite but today I was very surprised, There was a extra 50% off on items that where on sale, they also told us that there was a extra 50% off sale for plants, I went to the register and the lady would not honor what they said was on sale, I ask for a manager and I was told that it would take to much time to get one, and to top it off I was asked by another worker how long ago I was told about the sale, I had told the man that works there about 30 minutes ago and he said he was going to check the cameras to see if it was true…… my friend had no trouble at a different register but they gave me a hard time with this whole situation and then did not do my return or purchase correctly. They honored the sales items for my friend but not for me, I’m disappointed in this because I shop there all the time.

I've always bought my work clothes there great prices, but today one of the workers called the police on me for trying on jackets just to make sure they fit before I bought it. it was so embarrassing the worker thought I was changing price tags. When the police showed up the same worker said I did nothing. I will never do business there again. I work 60 hrs a week I don't need to ever steal that worker should be fired. I'm absolutely disgusted with that kind of accusation.after all that not even a apology, there is not a mirror where the jackets are so i had to go to the dressing room i even left the door open since i was only trying on to see how it looked i did nothing wrong i had 600$ in cash and a credit card in my wallet I work hard to afford what I want I don't need to change price tags.

Nice store but it would be nice if they sold baleing twine that the local farmers could use the twine they carry has been on the shelves since they opened for business.

I came in to tractor supply to get parvo shots , and was racial profiled by the older lady with white hair. She hands me my shots after staring at me for a bit and says “ you’re not gonna run out the door with them are you ? “ which was very disrespectful to a customer supporting the business. & why i say she racial profiled me because every other white customer she helped before me while I WATCHED she treated them with respect then when I asked for help ( as a Mexican woman) she kept looking at me as if I was suspicious, she watched me the entire time I was walking to the register and to my car after I already purchased my items , very poor customer service skills DO BETTER !

Been buying food for our animals here since they are open later and everyday and seem to have the cheapest prices but they are sure going up so probably going to have to look for a cheaper source since they can't seem to care to keep it heir prices lower. It's like a 25% percent increase in just a few months

What a wonderful experience to walk into such a friendly store. We just stopped in for an online order and from the moment we walked in to the super nice lady in the garden dept who gave us our order.... You ladies are awesome, thank you so much for all your help ?

I'd shop elsewhere for your chicken feed, apparently tractor supply sells chicken feed then inhibits egg supply in chickens.

Let me start by saying I used to love this place, I get all of my work apparel here(gloves, shirts, work pants ect.) and other miscellaneous things. I have always been treated well by the staff but tonight I went in with my dad and siblings looking for a new air filter for my compressor and let me tell you that I have never been treated so badly by staff. Each employee switched off as they followed us around the entire store as if we were gonna steal or something. They were extremely rude. I was looking at new shirts and the lady told me in anger "ugh I just folded those". By the way I ended up purchasing the clothes I "unfolded" I kindly asked for the manager and told him about my experience and he had nothing to say. To put the icing on the cake, as we're walking out a cop walks in. I was so upset, hurt and felt bad because my siblings have never experienced such rudeness. I will never set foot in there again.

I called to verify they had a trailer in stock like it showed online, as I was coming from Tijeras. The gentleman (Nathan I believe) was super nice and placed me on hold to verify they had the trailer. They had it and so headed to pick it up. There was an issue with paperwork so I returned the following day to take the trailer home. The General Manager, Patricia, and Nathan were all more than polite, professional, and courteous. Staff like this make me come back. Things happen, it’s how you handle them that makes the difference. Thank you all again it was a pleasure getting this trailer!!!
