Arrived at 5:20 knowing that the store closed at 8pm. As I arrived, a customer was walking away from the door. I approached the door, I discovered it was locked with a sign that said “I am on break.” A post it note stated “Be back at 6:00.” How is a break 45 minutes? Some places only give 30 minutes for a lunch. Poor customer service. As I’m writing this review in their parking lot, two more customers have arrived, walked to the door, noticed the signs and driven off.

I went to the store and I had to walk back out because the odor was so bad. Like someone hasn't showered in days it smelt like it was coming from an employee. It is very unsanitary and I will not be going back. Everything was a mess and unorganized she was also very rude and unprofessional. I believe her name Quin something needs to be done about this ASAP.

We have been in this store about 10 times in the last 2 years for new phones, upgrades, plan changes, etc. The staff is always helpful and takes their time to address and fix our issues. Even during a couple of late evening visits, we didn’t feel rushed. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If they don’t know an answer, they know who to call to get it.

"The customer service experience was extremely disappointing, characterized by disrespectful staff lacking basic manners. When I requested to speak with a manager, the man employee dismissively responded, 'Complain, I don't care.' As no manager in the store today .
Is this the level of service expected? Even if unable to assist, a modicum of kindness would have been appreciated." This incident made me switch to other provider . Shame on him .

Pulled into the parking lot at 1130 the dude inside rushed to close the store and put a sign up out to lunch come back an hour later sign still on the door dudes just inside chillin come back again at 1 dude still has store locked up and he is just chillin inside I wish there was another store I deff wouldn’t recommend this store

Spoke with Colton over the phone on a personal line to attempt to port a number for my senior father. He advised I would have to call customer service that he couldn’t assist in store as my husband is the authorized user on the account and not my father. Called customer service explained the situation and they stated a member inside the store does have the ability to assist being that my husband was on the line( we live in Florida). Colton refused and when asked for his name and to speak to a manager he stated his name was Colton and he is the manager and hung up. I attempted to call the store number so that we could speak on a recorded line and I was transferred to customer service who informed me the COLTON CAMP is not the manager for this store and was given the actual store managers name as well as created an escalation so AT&T could look into this and call me with an update. I would love to be contacted by an actual manager to discuss Colton’s behavior and complete lack of customer service. I’ve had THE MOST RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE with this store and hate that I don’t live in the area to resolve this. Mr. Camp should not be working in his department or claiming to be a manager refusing service.

The Carlsbad AT&T store has excellent customer service representatives they go above and beyond. Definitely recommend this AT&T store 10/10 thanks again for the great customer service
