Many times he has helped me know which repairs urgently need to be made while pointing out other repairs that can wait. “Our car hit a dip breaking both of our back lights. I called Dannys at 5:11 asking if they were open, they said they closed at 5 but asked how far we were. Seven minutes out and they stayed opened and helped us as much as they could. Dustin found us bulbs and extra bulbs and offered them for free. “Big O is the place to go for new tires and other services they provide in Carlsbad NM. I bought my last set of tires there and was happy with the price and tires. On my last visit I asked them to check out what I thought was a wheel bearing noise. They checked my bearings, brakes and tires. They found a bunch of gravel in the tread of one tire. Removed it and I drove my vehicle, the noise was gone. They did not charge me anything. I give the employees and Big O a, A+ for being honest. That's what a superior business is all about, honesty.”
