Glad I'm not THAT gullible...
Car was having a slow start so figured it needed a new battery. Went to a Chevy dealership here in NM bc there's not a Honda here. They said yes, you need a new battery as well as some other stuff needing attention ASAP. Which some l was like ehhhh yeah I'll wait till I get home to get a second opinion at my Honda dealership in Ponca City, OK. I had that done not long ago and I trust them. All totaling over $1000... I declined everything except the battery.
But before I declined the work, I called around to price check. Chevy dealership price was $425 before taxes. For a battery???! Well labor blah blah blah ..... seriously. The battery is RIGHT there, not paying over $200 in labor for 5min of work. I declined it all and scheduled an appointment for Monday just in case.
Came to AutoZone and got a new battery. Shout out to Masen. He is changing it out now. $234 total. THANK YOU MASEN!! You rock!!

I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional manager during a recent vehicle check engine light diagnosis, and I must say, she deserves all the help she can get from other store members. Her dedication and expertise in handling the situation were truly commendable.
From the moment I walked into the store, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. She patiently listened to my concerns and asked all the right questions to gain a clear understanding of the issue at hand. It was evident that she genuinely cared about helping me resolve the problem.
What truly stood out was her ability to effectively communicate with me. She patiently answered all my questions, alleviating any concerns or doubts I had. Her friendly demeanor and clear explanations made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
It's clear that this manager goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Her dedication and expertise are qualities that other store members should learn from. She sets a high standard for customer service, and I believe that her colleagues would greatly benefit from observing and emulating her approach.
In conclusion, this manager's exceptional assistance during the check engine light diagnosis left a lasting impact on me. Her professionalism, knowledge, and excellent communication skills make her a true asset to the store. I sincerely hope that other store members recognize her contributions and provide the support she deserves.

Nathaniel W. was so helpful, very informative, and patient with all my questions. He went above and beyond to help me get the correct battery for my vehicle. I will no longer go to O’Reilly’s auto parts. All because of excellent customer service I received at AutoZone from Nathaniel.

From what I've seen you know AutoZone here in Carlsbad they're always crowded always a lot of people in there but they don't have nothing you need when you ask him to look up something they seem to not know how to do it
