Hours: Body Evolution South is a very clean, 24-hour gym with lots of equipment that is well-maintained, spaced appropriately, and pretty damn good. It offers a good environment and classes. The facility is open and can provide a great pump, with kind and helpful employees. However, it does get very busy and crowded during key hours. Some equipment, like treadmills, can be out of order and weights are often not re-racked. While it is a decent and preferred gym for many, some note that for the monthly rate, everything should work perfectly and be more organized.
