While traveling from CA to Georgia our F-250 developed a coolant leak, we managed to make it to Carlsbad New Mexico. Took our truck into Carlsbad Ford early in the morning and met with Ralph in the service department. We explained we were traveling and Ralph took it from there. Our truck was repaired the same day and were able to continue on our vacation. Ralph was super helpful and polite as was Troy who shuttled us back and forth from our hotel. And the technician who repaired our truck somehow performed magic, super work! I cannot say enough good things about this group. They reflect well upon the dealership!!!!

Very upset, they told us we need a new transmission in our 6.7 F350 when it only need the transmission filter changed. We were having an issue shifting 1st thing in the morning only, and it didn't happen each time. We read that Ford recommends the 1st transmission fluid and filter change is 150,000 and we had 155,000 miles on the truck. We made an appointment with Ford quick lane to have the transmission serviced . We dropped the truck off first thing in the morning, and by 4 pm we hadn't heard from them so we called and they said they hadn't done anything because they are waiting for the service side to run a diagnostic on the truck because they were sure something was wrong with our transmission, and if they did anything they could cause more issues. Then about an hour later they called and said the diagnostic showed no issues, but they wouldn't work on the truck. They made an appointment with service for us 2 weeks later. The day we dropped the truck off with service they

I Should have paid attention to their low rating, but they were close and I went anyway. Bad mistake. In reference to your new Ford vehicle and warranty work, if you did not buy your car from them, then they could care less about helping you This was told to me flat out, with nothing held back. I should not have been surprised, Lesson learned with Carlsbad Ford

I had what turned out to be a simple issue where my fuel pump was loose.
An $800 sensor later the issue still wasn't resolved, and was told I need a new fuel pump. I said no, and the manager left...leaving me with a barely running vehicle in much worse condition than when I brought it in. After she left, the mechanic told me to wait twenty minutes and completely fixed the issue.
I was just passing through and they took complete advantage of me. Avoid them at all costs. Thank god the mechanic felt bad and fixed what they should have done in the first place.
Too bad it cost me $800.

$20,000 Down for a vehicle that has a book value of $31,000. After 4 long hours of waiting for a bank approval they come back with saying they need $20,000 down. If I had 20,000 dollars in my pocket I don't think I would be needing to finance a 3 year old SUV. Save your time and shop at another Ford dealership not owned by Krumland Auto Group. These people are money greedy and will rip you off to the maximum possibly
