I Just Went There With A Worker Of Mine And I Noticed They Had That Kirby I Always Wanted Know Info About It For My Kids So I Go Over To The Lady Ask Her May I Have More Info She Said About The Kirby Money Then Answers Phone Call Doesn't Tell Me Excuse Me So I'm Standing There She Continues The Call Then Says I Don't Really Know Anything About It You Can Ask On Of The Tellers But She Sure Did HelpThat Other Customer That Was On The Phone Just Thought That Was Very Rude.

The Eddy Federal Credit Union has the worst customer service of any financial institution I have ever experienced. They rarely answer the phone, the CEO's voicemail box is full so I can't leave a message. The website has stopped working and I cannot get my account balance. After being with EFCU for over 5 years I will be closing my account and moving my money elsewhere.

Eddy Federal credit union service is gotten so bad I have been trying to call them for over two hours on a Monday and they still have not answered the phone had someone drive by since I live out in the country and they're not even busy so there is no I don't know why they're not answering the phone. Well called again today and still no answer don't know why they even list a phone if they are not going to answer.

That they should post on their FB page or web sight that they are closing at noon for Christmas. A lot of people don't go there every day to read Tver notes posted on the door and drive up window. I don't get off until one and couldn't cash my paycheck so we didn't have money to finish our shopping

We opened account yesterday, most financial institutions have someone other than teller opening new accounts. Not this place! The poor teller wound up getting 4 deep on drive thru and 4 deep inside while she helped us. Cynthia was her name and she was great but credit union itself showed less than stellar customer service.

Customer service is some of the worst I've experienced in Carlsbad. As a customer, I like to be taken care of and from what I experienced their staff is not very professional. Before I switched to Pioneer Bank, EFCU had no mobile app and had not even heard of Apple Pay. Pioneer Bank takes care of me now, I trust Pioneer. They're competitive with the technology, they always treat me with the best customer service, and can replace a debit card within 20 minutes. Sorry EFCU, you can't compete.

Incredible experience , if your are new to Carlsbad NM . I Highly recommend Eddy Credit Union. In the pursuit of looking for a credit I came across rude and prudish banks /people here . Case in point don't judge a book by it cover folks . Guess I wasnt dripping with diamonds and dressed to the nines. I finally found Eddy Federal Credit Union . They were wonderfully sweet and professional . Courtney Fannin was exceptionlay professional and polite . After I finished​ with her , I spoke to Sylivia Jackson the( loan officer) . It was close to closing time but she did not rush me and answered all my questions and was very informative . Again please check them out , it is so taxing moving to another state , much less looking for a bank! Valeire Hogan

Staff is polite and they care about every member. They offer the best service and some of the lowest interest rates around.
