And once again, as tax season came upon us quicker than we could’ve ever of thought. Jackson Hewitt, under new ownership! Sheyanne had me covered, in and out of the office by before 9 o’clock this morning. Made special provisions just so I could come in early with my daughter, has walked me through every step of the process! Absolutely love it under new ownership and most definitely will be referring anyone I know needing help! Already Scheduled next years appointment! Congratulations Monica!

Terrible. No one notified us our return was rejected. Then the girl lied about filing our return. She said another agent filed them when it was her. I guess she believed we wouldn't remember sitting with her for an hour prepar our return. The. She made some kind of error and we just now found out 4 months later only because we got a letter from the irs. None of the numbers I googled work. I finally got through to someone and of course she offered no solution. She gave me a number for an office that of course doesn't answer. So no resolution and no help. This company is a scam
