Had some great beers here as we were passing through Carlsbad. The Brown and Red ales were a treat as many brewers don't try or don't do as good a job as Milton's. I recommend you stop by for beer or, better yet, a flight.

We visited after hiking. Very friendly and helpful bartenders, willing to let us sample beers before we purchased. Good local brews. We'll return next time we visit Carlsbad.
