I go to murphys on a regular basis and have always had friendly honest cashiers. But today I went to turn in my lottery tickets, which I buy there all the time. I am so glad I add them up before I go cash them in because I was shorted on my cash. I noticed they were partially torn and thrown right away in trash. I went back to window to ask about some I did not get stubs for. Well she tried to recheck them and found 3 that had not been wrung up immediately totaling 7.00, and I know it was still around 10 short after that CORRECTION. I know I had 2 -5.00 winners and eventually got one of them plus a couple more one dollar winners still not accounted for. Glad I always count them even though I was still shorted. Make sure you add yours and keep track of them when cashing them in. Luckily I'm not one to throw a fit in front of other customers, others may not be so nice. And they may need that money more than I did. Sad but true.

Murphy's is my go to place for fuel and cigarettes because of the friendly faces and reasonable prices. Although recently you all have hired a new guy that really needs some customer service training. Mon March 25th 2024 he was working at 2:30. Maybe pull him aside and let him know he should be friendlier

The cashier is unhappy and hates her job and it shows. I understand why the sign on the window is necessary, instructing customers not to beat on the window.She must feel so powerful when she slides her little clear window shut on customers she doesn't feel like taking money from....hiw sad.

Have always come here for gas and never had a problem until today when the very rude and unprofessional cashier told me to learn to count when I told her I was in pump two because she let someone occupy two pumps to fill a tanker

On Google it states you close at 11 pm, my daughter drove up and it was closed at 9 pm. Change the new time frames on Google, thank you

Air pump out of order. No sign on it, paid $1.75 for air. Buttons broken. Told cashier, was told "not their machine. Call help line" wouldn't refund $1.75.

Do you only hire people who hate their lifes and have nails that are way too long? Rude and no personality? Thats whats going on in Carlsbad! Either you want to work and atleast pretend to be nice or why are you in customer service. This goes for the manager as well!

Paid for air to fill my tires, but the buttons on the machine were broken. I asked the attendant for a refund, and they said the machine wasn't theirs. This is the machine.

Probably the cheapest gasoline in Carlsbad. The entrance is in a weird spot between Walmart and Chili's.
