I liked this place pretty well. They had a pretty good variety, and I was able to pick up what I came in for.
We got a new pup, so I got a really nice dog bed, dog wipes for cleaning him, a copper set of dog bowls, a stuffed lion toy, Boxed water, (for the puppy), and several other items.
The place, for the most part, was picked up. I've seen a whole lot worse Ross stores, that's for sure.
Was very nice.

The workers and mangers do not care about customers at all.
I was in the Woman's bathroom . When I stepped out of the stall a gentleman was standing out by the sinks I had to walk out and tell a woman who worked in the fitting rooms to call a manager to make a complaint. Instead of apologizing they said maybe they need to put signs in Spanish as well so it wouldn't happen again. I will not be returning to this store what so ever .

Messy. Clothes are usually completely out of order. Things are torn open or broken. And kept on the shelf when employees are notified.

Leaving a review on mine and my husbands joint email account: My husband works in the area(he’s oilfield) and he came into this Ross tonight to buy some outfits for our daughter that’s going to be due in a few months in July and our Two Year Old Son. Being that my husband works out there meanwhile we live in East Texas, he was very surprised on how much inventory they had for baby and toddler clothing as well as how packed the mens and womens sections of the store were. Where we live our Ross’s don’t have much at all you’d have to spend hours looking for stuff, my husband came into this Carlsbad NM location and was instantly impressed and a bit overwhelmed with how much they had. Even when we used to live in El Paso a couple years ago those Ross’s never had much. So he was definitely surprised with the amount of clothing they had for literally everyone and with all the really nice expensive brands at a affordable price. Definitely a way better Ross than the ones we have in TX.

What can I say… it’s Ross. It’s literally the same no matter which one I’ve been in. It’s always hit or miss on items which is completely normal. They seem to try to pick up for the most part but many people come through just tossing stuff around so they do what they can I imagine.
