We had just purchased a pack of cigarettes from the drive-thru. We had sometime to kill since we're meeting up with our mother just down the road. We decided to finish scratching our winning lottery tickets in which we were going to take the winnings and purchase some burritos for our family members. When out of nowhere this woman comes cursing and screaming at us. She is a manager at the store. Telling us we had to go. We were parked in her employees spots. Unmarked spots. Mind you. I am a payed guest who is about to take my tickets that total over $200.00 to buy burritos in this store. I am Mortified! I want a number I can call to speak to someone about this. Uncalled for slandering and ridiculous behavior for just sitting as a payed guest scratching my tickets.

Charged me for two 50oz fountain drinks when I only got one asked to speak to the manager they said that she was not there told them I wanted to speak to her the girl walked off and was gone for a bit then returned rolled her eyes at me when I told her a second time I wish to speak to the manager she finally called her but refused to let me talk with her said I had to return to the store at 3pm if I wish to speak to her I did not realize i had been over charged since I bought several items upon getting back to my vehicle I looked at The sales slip which I had to ask for and saw the over charge.

So 6 months ago, when I first moved to Carlsbad, I went to this store to make grab some snacks and drinks. Sadly, to my dismay, there was a problem with their card reader in which certain buttons didn't work. (which they knew about and told me).
6 months later, when a store closer to where I was living was out of what I wanted, I stopped in again and, to my surprise, the same problem still exists with their card reader? How is it that is hasn't been fixed in 6 months? Will probably not be going back because if they can't be bothered to repair their business equipment, then they probably don't need my business that bad.

Very old Shell station with old, dated pumps. Unable to enter alt-id. Desperately needs updated, not up to standards one would expect from a Shell station.

At 3:30 am no ticket on pump #5 and i ask in store about the ticket to proof my refill....and grandma say can't doing nothing after 4 am...omg. Just a ticket...

I have purchased a lot of items from this store. After my experience today (6/21/2021) with your shift manager, I will never spend another cent in this store.Many of the pumps did not have functioning card readers. I wanted to fill my car with gas, obviously no one knows the dollar amount of a fill-up. The shift manager was rude and condescending to me when I gave her cash for the fill-up.Not only will I never step foot in this store again, nor spend one cent in this store again, I have advised all of my employees of the rude shift manager and advised them, that apparently this particular Brewers does not want anyone's business, when your shift manager is so rude to customers.There are many stations on this street and there are many choices of gas stations to frequent, I will give my business to other stations, and I hope that others follow suit.I have never been paying someone for something and been treated so rudely in my life.

I go thru their drive thru everyday before work. Yesterday 2-16-21 I went like normal only to be told they were too busy to help me. If that's the way I'm gonna be treated when I come in everyday spending $12 everyday I'll spend it some where else. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and helpful.
