I replaced all of their equipment with my own years ago and sent theirs back to avoid the equipment fees. Fast forward to three years later when I am canceling my service with them indefinitely to go to a different provider for a faster rate with a cheaper price- I get a bill for the equipment that allegedly they never received. Mind you this is a charge that I am only getting years later now that I’ve decided to cancel. Of course the tracking numbers are expired at this point and there’s no way for me to prove that that they got it without them looking into their warehouse. Second time I’ve called about this charge and they said they would research it. no resolution has been made. This is very sketchy behavior and I should not be held accountable for their inability to manage their inventory. In addition to this current issue, while I was a customer i had frequent connectivity issues and rate hikes, And customer service is typically a nightmare to navigate in order to get any issues addressed. Additionally they’re pretty low on technicians. If you are not a TDS customer I would not become one if you can avoid it. Save yourself a headache.

Intermittent issue for the last 6 months. Was told it was my equipment. Spent $500 on new modem and router. Still have same issue. Got a $14 credit

I have been standing in line waiting on getting help. They have one person working. 5 people waiting to get helped and nothing. At least let us know you would be with us in a min. Nope we just waiting and she is just at the computer. I hate bad customer service. I usually don't say anything but this is crazy.

Customer service is bad. Tech told customer service they came by. They did not. Said they needed to download an app for service. Sales did not mention. Had to have a power strip and couldn’t do it. Rescheduled, said they came by, didn’t call didn’t leave a note, didn’t come by

It’s okay internet. The customer service is the worst service I have ever had. They charged me a late fee after telling me they wouldn’t. They than said they would waive said late fee. They than said they would credit me 10$ for an 80$ late fee. They than said that’s how it works. I asked to speak to a supervisor politely and they transferred me immediately back in line to wait. Been over an hour now. I highly do not recommend them.

Have had to call numerous times cause tv and phone cut off. Internet is weak and spoty. When calling I said HELLO CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW? YOU KEEP CUTTING OUT LIKE THE TV. I guess you should take a videos if your service messes up cause they will tell you theirs nothing they can do unless they see it for themselves. We are starting a journal marking the times through the day it messes up it feels ridiculous like why are we even paying for this ? I asked them just now if they could give the repairman that’s coming my phone number incase my 88 year old grandma doesn’t hear the doorbell or answer it fast enough. They said no they can’t cause the orders locked. So now I have to sit here 3 hours so we don’t miss him

It worked well for almost a year, no issues, and lately, I can't game for 10 minutes without lag or disconnecting from servers. I called and they saw it was on THEIR end and that we can't get a technician here for 5 days. I pay for fast internet but it's totally unusable. The second there's a way we can get more consistent service I will not hesitate to switch

TDS is an exercise in expecting to be dissapointed by lackluster service and a certain degree of planned obscelecense. They only operate in areas where they are your only choice and have zero ability to move with any degree of agility to solve problems.Surprised people don't throw bricks through their window in frustration.Terrible company, terrible service.

Had a appointment for a technician to come out make arrangements 9-14-23 3-5 and tds canceled the appointment without telling me Worst internet provider ever. they have an "outage" land left it at that. worst company ever

Can never seem to get a technician out here to check the line or the node on the pole I'm so tired of paying for service (600mbps or whatever it's called) when I'm getting a less than 100. So tired of talking to people on the 1-800 number!!!

Very rude and unprofessional customer service at the store said on the door opens up at 8:45 and it’s nine the lady with her rude attitude told me ten more minutes through the door yelling at me it’s nine o’ clock. Still waiting to get inside to get help. Waited 45 minutes for them to open up
