Ashley was great!!! It was a long drive from somewhere in TX to Carlsbad, New Mexico. Ashley was very kind and helpful she saw how big our U-Haul was and she changed my unit to an accessible one for the truck.

The lady was very kind today she was very informative she was extremely explainable on all of my paperwork she took me to the storage unit she showed me the new units she treated me a kind and talked with me about anything needed to be talked about she was right there doing what she needed to do the right way y'all have a great lady taking care of your storage unit

I really feel comfortable with the security and the management lives on property which is one more reason to feel confident that if mishaps happen they will be less likely to happen at this facility. Storage units are very clean and have not seen an insect or rodent problem whatsoever. That is a very comfortable feeling when storing home items and clothing as the purpose for storage. When I went in to solidify my reservation online and sign documents for the unit the manager displayed enormous professionalism and wasn't quick to just take on walk-ins with no manners who walk in somewhere and expect to just cut in on any customers who are handling their business with management at that time and expect questions to be answered with no courtesy or manners as the experience when I was there. Angela kindly excused herself from what she was currently in the process of and kindly spoke with a direct and firm tone as to inform him that as he could see she is currently with a customer and if he had any questions he could either wait till she was done with me and gave him another alternative if that wasn't feasible he could go online and reserve there as well. I thought that was super cool and very unexpected but a welcomed SUPRISE. She got me that and I give her much respect earned for sure. For that not only do i keep my storage tidy and clean but make every conscious effort to be on time with my payment each month.? ??️? ?

This place is great! Awesome location and great hours of access.
I am so glad for the recent change in management. Our new attendant is the most lovely and amazing person we have ever had pleasure to be with.
