Walgreens in Carlsbad is nothing like most Walgreens. This one has the most unprofessional, uneducated in their profession and uncaring employees in the pharmacy. They close for lunch, close on weekends and close at night. Good luck trying to call and talk to anyone in the pharmacy. They will not answer. When your prescription is full if you want to lucky ones to get it filled or if there's a problem and they can't feel it they will not let you know. You will have to come sit in line for a half hour to an hour just to find out. And more than half the time when I want to get my prescription refilled the automated robot thing tells me it'll be ready at a certain time I come in to get it it's not ready. Either they don't have record of me placing my order or more often they're out of that prescription and I have to wait another week for them to get more. That happens every time. This place is total trash when it comes to professionalism and they're extremely lazy. I would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone.

I have never in my life had this much trouble out of a walgreens. They constantly roll calls back to holding because they rather not talk to customers. Lazy lazy lazy. I do not see how they have 2.2 stars for reviews. Pathetic customer service.

Sorry service never has prescriptions never ready on time & don't even have ibuprofen. Also the drive through window service is horrible as well placed fifty dollars in bin to watch it sit there and fly away in the wind never and I wouldn't recommend thos pharmacy to anyone whose medication is important to them ..

Truthfully, Walgreens in Carlsbad, NM does not deserve even 1 star! This is the most poorly run Pharmacy I've ever been too. Today, the "system" is down for the 2nd day in a row. I've been to many a Walgreens Pharmacies and not 1 compares to how awful this one is.Last Monday there was a note on both inside and the drive thru saying they were closed with no explanation. Their hours are 9-6 Mon thru Fri., closed on weekends. It can take days to get a prescription filled! Most of the staff are rude except for one sweet girl and I feel sorry for her.My advice is to use another pharmacy in Carlsbad!

I have always been a huge fan of Walgreens. Everytime I have been to this location the line for the pharmacy is very long, you have to wait 30+ minutes. Staff are nice but can't keep up with local demands.

Been using walgreens for years and when i dont think it can get worse it does, been waiting on out of stock prescription for over a week. Plus nobody likes to answer phones there during buisness hours. Get calls my script is ready and go in the next day to get and they say come in the afternoon because it aint ready. Bad management i guess idk.

The pharmacy is horrible. I called to speak with someone about my prescriptions and was on hold for almost an hour. When it was my turn someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. Just wasted an hour of my time.

No stars if I could. My daughter had an ear infection and I dropped off prescription Thursday before lunch. Went to pickup about 5:30 for them to tell me they couldn't read it , they didn't call me to let me know, the next day the doctor calls in prescription early in the morning then I go pick it up about 1 , for them to tell me they are out of stock.No call or nothing .Worst walgreen ever.

The worst customer service do an online order and they can't even honor curbside they made my son go in a load the order himself and gave attitude like it's too much work for them horrible but horrible service I would highly recommend not buy here I think I would have gotten more help in a self checkout
