Horrible place to call!!! Non caring so called vet! Call for an emergency visit for my brothers dog that has big cuts and needed help and was told we are not taking anymore clients at this time, lady my brothers dog is possibly dying and you wont help your a vet but i guess not so damn disgusted! Thank god for Artesia vet and half the cost to boot. Dont go to this place ever!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. Apparently they only have a select set of clients they are willing to provide services for, and are too good for everyone else. Just like all of the other places in town - you have to take your pet - no matter how sick 40 minutes out of town to get help. They will not accept new clients. Sickenting they call themselves a veterinary clinic.

THese folks should be ashamed of themselves, they make people go out of town to get simple vaccines and procedures done, because they are too full of themselves and cant be bothered to actually be a veterinarian, a true veterinarian. Just like every damned so called vet here in Carlsbad. Sad, I was expecting so much better to set them apart from the rest of the trash in town.

Dr. Archer and her staff are absolutely the best. They go above and beyond for our fur babies and just have the biggest hearts. Everyone is so nice, caring, supportive, reassuring, and explain everything in detail. They truly care and it shows. Carlsbad is so blessed to have them. Thank you for everything that you all do.

My dog was dying and they turned me away because I had never been there before and couldn’t even give me any advice to try and help or lead me in the direction of a different vet. No compassion whatsoever.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They are sick for not helping my dog that was bleeding and dying. All because we wasn’t a patient there! Sickening!! The office didn’t even help me with who I could contact for help!

I do not advise this vet they are careless they turn me away with a medical emergency and need surgery asap told me they would not except new patients when I was standing in front of them with my dog with blood all over me

This place is nothing but a joke. I am from out of town and need my frenchie looked at and they said sorry we don’t take new clients. Why even call yourself a business?
