The salon seemed very clean and a pleasant environment. I contacted the stylist a week before my appointment day.The stylist texted me about an appointment instead of calling me and then was very hard to get a hold of. Then when I finally made the appointment she texted me 45 minutes before the appointment saying she had to cancel and to reschedule for the next day. Completely unprofessional.
