“We are on a 6 week RV trip and last week one of our rear inside tires developed a leak in the extending valve. I called AAA which I have RV service and have had them for almost 30 years.After being bounced from one number to the next I was informed that the service for tires only includes changing.I said it is a valve step and anyone who services RV tires would carry a replacement then be able to fill the tire.I was shocked to learn they cannot do anything except change the tire.The said they could tow and even though I had extended service my out of pocket would be an addition $1300. I said the next town is only 12 miles but they said that did not matter.I will be looking for another company you can bet on thatAfter looking carefully I noticed that I could remove one section of the valve and while difficult I was able to remove the defected section and since I carry a compressor fill the tire to required pressureHowever we were stopping along the way and at very small towns and no one had the extender section. I tired Loves, Pilot, Flying J and 5 auto stores.I kept checking pressure.My luck changed in Carlsbad NM. I noticed Forrest Tire across from where we were eating.This is an amazing store that has thousands of tires.I asked for help and three people jumped up. One man said follow me taking me into a very stocked warehouse.He match my stem. I figured with all the problems and difficulty I would be paying $15- 20. To my shock he said on the house.All I can say if you need anythingThis is the place to go. While I received a business card with the name Turbo Murillo Sale he might not be the person that help but in any case many many thanks”
