Convenient location for us east mountain people but the staff could be more knowledgeable. Went in today for a replacement valve for my washing machine, the disinterested kid set down his energy drink, took a Quick Look at my old valve and said “sorry, we aren’t going to have that part”. I looked for 10 seconds and found a stack of these valves.
The cashiers are great!

Very nice set up for sure, nice in the woods feel even especially cause of how it looked. Nothing outside giving a modern look, really meet organized even had clothes. Pants, shirts, hats, and staff very enjoyable even had the Manager, and shook a few associates hands. Highly recommend this Ace it's not too far from the freeway, and so much wilderness it's sort of hidden until your close to it. Pioneer Ace Hardware keep doing what you do, customers will know!

ever since they bought out Davis hardware (several years ago)
ace is overpriced ( 8 foot 2x4 is twice the price as home depot) and no longer stocking what Davis had, won't order anything, the owner is a jerk, and the hours suck. Not worth going there anymore. Rather drive the 40 minutes and back to Home Depot.

Nice little hardware store. Staff is quite helpful. Not quite the same extensive and eclectic product mix it had before the switch to Ace.

Glad to have this in the east mountains. Always have good service and they stay decently stocked for a small store. Just wish the prices were a little lower. Otherwise, it's great.

I bought a chainsaw with a bar and 2 chains. I was given the wrong stuff twice. Completely broke my profits on one chainsaw. I drove 2 times more than 100 miles. This place is a joke. And they did not replace my sprocket even though they sold me the wrong items. I spent over 400 dollars after the trips and replacing all my equipment. Don't go too this place for chainsaw parts. I would rather just go to abq.

Entire staff was rude. Needed emergency tool for the terrible weather and arrived 15 minutes prior to close, and everyone was really mean about this.
