“These guys at Cedar Crest Tire recently replaced the engine on my 2012Jeep Wrangler. I had an extended warranty and they did all the haggeling with them and did a great job. My dad used them for years and was always happy. I've bought tires from them in the past I've had minor oil changes and tire repairs done and they've always done a really good job. Went out the other day and found my jeeps battery was dead and they came out to try to jump me and we found that the battery was departed. It wouldn't take the jump. So he went back to the shop and came back out and put another battery in for me. They've been in business a long time and their prices are very reasonable. I'm just grateful to have a great automotive shop here in the East mountains that can take care of any problem that you have from your air conditioning or a low tire to a total engine replacement ! thanks guys”

“Bought two new tires on a Thursday before a trip and asked them to check a tire that I wasn't replacing that kept loosing air. They initially said nothing was wrong with tire and replaced valve. I wasn't completely happy leaving and service could have been better. I drove home and tire went back to having low pressure. Returned back the following Tuesday and expressed my concerns again and they agreed to replace tire since I had a warranty and just pay the fee. The second trip back could have been avoided but I was overall pleased with the service the second time. Nathanial and Christopher were nice.”

Although it doesn't change the initial experience I had, I commend him for reaching out and doing his part to make it "right." *Original review: I made an appointment for a new tire/wheel consultation and was assisted by Vincent Lucero. It was confirmed that two of my tires were in pretty bad shape, so I decided to replace all 4 tires. I was on the fence between choosing Yokohama (which I already had) or paying a little more for Continental. Mr. Lucero said he would look into searching for any present discounts/specials, but he said he came across none. I ended up going with the Continental, as they have a longer warranty, and I also decided to pay extra for the Road Hazard Assistance. However, when I was waiting, I decided to look on their website and in large font at the top of the screen was an ad for $80 instant savings off a set of Yokohama tires, which was also expiring today. I immediately brought it up to Mr. Lucero's attention, as I wanted to switch to Yokohama to save money. I'm only giving 3 stars because I was disappointed in the misinformation, or lack thereof, Mr. Lucero extended to me upon his "search." He also mumbled quite a bit and was difficult to understand at times. I'm also giving 3 stars instead of less because he made an effort to speak with a technician to switch out the tires, and because the last set of Yokohama's already sold, he received approval to give me the $80 discount on the Continentals. It's simply unfortunate I had to find it myself, especially as a first time customer who was paying over $1000 for new tires, etc. It's challenging enough as a female to not feel like you're being taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle maintenance, and I hope Mr. Lucero learns from this experience.”

My car has life time alignment so I come here for routine check and oil change. I have not experienced any issues yet. I do booked my appointment online and wait at the store while it's being worked on. I appreciate the communication and all the hard work time spent on my car. ?”
