The employee that always does the register and stocking and always working needs a raise SHY is always doing something while all the other employees do nothing but stand around and talk. Open the self check out have money in it if y’all don’t want to work.

Employees are always on their phones, never acknowledging the customers. Most of the time they aren't even at the register, you have to hunt them down and ask them to check you out. I had to look for an employee this one time and she was supposedly helping another customer on the floor. She was rude with me, and them ignored me when it was my turn to check out. They really need to hire people with customer service experience. Not the first 12 year old that applies for the job.

Very disappointed. Restrooms were closed. I just came from the Dr on the Westside and had a long list of stuff to buy. I will go to McCombs later. Denise is an awesome Manager

An extremely helpful location if you live on the Otero side of Chaparral NM. Friendly employees are helpful and keep the store well stocked and tidy.

This store is much larger than a normal Dollar General. They carry more variety of foods and cleaning and paper supplies.
