We met the owner at Angel Fire, and went to Blue Moon on a Tuesday(because she told us she would be open)…only to find that she was closed! We were disappointed, as we had planned to purchase several pottery pieces from the line that she had at the art fair in Angel Fire. C’est la vie. We ended up buying some fabulous pieces in Taos instead. We’re hoping to be able to stop in when we are back in the area in December.

Blue Moon Art and Gift Gallery is worth a visit. From art, to poetry , books, textiles, and jewelry, there is something for everyone. Great to browse and to look for a gift. I enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and meeting friendly Patrice.

Open and doing business selling art made by local New Mexico artists. Has a wide range of selections. Good prices well below the Tahos price line. Something for everyone. You need to see her Roswell alien plant life art! It's out of this world...ps the place has a wonderful feel to it.Take time to Enjoy a shopping experience.

You need to stop for coffee and ice cream! Cutest old fashioned atmosphere and nice people! It's also a great place to buy some jewelry or gifts.

What a great pet if any trip to Philmont and / or Cimarron. To go in and sit at the lunch counter and have an old fashioned milkshake really helped top off the day.Highly, highly recommend it. Actually, a MUST STOP.

This is a must stop in town. The classic soda fountain is wonderful. For a Scouter this place is wonderful, especially if you're a Wood Badger. They have a neat collection of items.
