The owner is a old friend hadn't seen her in forever, use to deliver plumbing supplies there for her husband who was a plumber back then late 70s and 80s wonderful people! Such a blessing to see her again. Praying for her as she is having health problems.

The lady running the register had to be one of the most rude people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She charges 8.5% on top of taxes as a card transaction fee. REGARDLESS IF YOU USE DEBIT OR CREDIT. Keep in mind, Mastercard has a maximum allowed merchant debit/credit fee of 4%. Visa only charges a transaction fee on credit transactions ONLY. This lady is scamming customers and claiming it is the card issuer. She is using a fake "fee" to upcharge customers who use cards. When I asked her if the fee applied to debit card purchases as well, she got EXTREMELY rude to me and literally yelled at me in the store claiming, "THIS IS WHAT IM CHARGING".This is very unprofessional way to treat customers. Be aware before shopping here. I am never going back

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner is rude and prejudice to anyone of any race other than white. I am white and my wife is Hispanic. She absolutely ignored my wife and then sent out two older gentleman to watch us and watch the door like we were going to steal. Don't shop here unless you want to support backwater ideology.

Started to buy over $100 in merchandise then overhead customer in front of me being told AFTER her purchase that 3.5% was added for using a credit card. When confirmed by owner that was the policy, I left. Caveat emptor with this business.

My husband brought me back to visit my childhood love Cloudcroft, NM. We did the normal touristy thing and I Loved every minute of it! He wanted me to find a sovereign to always remember our Southwest Adventure I looked in every shop but kept coming back to The Bear Track. The selection was incredible and the prices were affordable and fair. I wish they had a website where could order from. But, hopefully one day I can return and enjoy shopping in the wonderful store.

Owner is not in the business for customer service whatsoever. She is very rude and does not care that we drove 2 hours just to shop at her "Christmas store". She informed us that everyone is from out of town and she was just too busy to open the upstairs where the Christmas items were, we were the ONLY ones in the store plus she had another employee there. I would not support this business ever. Honestly she was more than rude, she acted like a ..... well you get the point.
