We rented Three Bears Cabin in Cloudcroft! Stacie at Cloudcroft Properties was very helpful & kind! We will rent this rustic & cozy cabin again!

Our stay at Charming Chipmunk was Dec.27 to Dec.30. Six adults, two children, (11 & 15), and two dogs. We all were very comfortable in the cabin. The only drawback is the parking area. The driveway is very steep and there was ice. Maybe have some ice melt salt available for the driveway and steps.Customer service was excellent. We ran out of pellets for the heater, I called the office and within 30 minutes, two 40lb bags were delivered. Cabin was clean, supplies were available and we are planning in returning.

Well, me and my wife pulled up in front of the office with the plan of going in to talk to someone about properties we were looking at buying, as soon as we got out of the car a lady walked out and said "there's no parking here" didn't ask why we were there or anything. Just an attitude with us. We will definitely be going through another company
