High Altitude is a great little shop in Cloudcroft, New Mexico, with an awesome selection of outdoor gear. It offers hiking, biking, and trail running gear and clothing, with a decent selection and fair prices. The store is not huge but has a great selection, and the attached bike shop has more biking products. Staff are super friendly, helpful, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and greeted customers with smiles. They provide amazing bike repair, fixing issues quickly even on short notice. Employees are always ready to help find gear or recommend awesome nearby trails in the Lincoln National Forest. Prices are the same or better than other places. It is highly recommended for outdoor enthusiasts visiting or passing through Cloudcroft.

Neat little place to stop in for outdoor goodies and such. Very helpful with inquiries about local mountain biking. Wide selection of camping, hiking, biking, and just for the hell of it stuff.
