I ordered a handgun online and selected Magnum's/Judd as my FFL. I am very happy to say that everything worked out great, in fact it couldn't of been any better. 24hrs after my gun was delivered it was in my possession - that made my day. Magnums proved to be very a knowledgeable, well supplied and down to earth gun store. After answering, to detail all my questions, I came away with a awesome gun, with loads to boot! Magnums is a compliment to Cloudcroft, and completes the charm of the rural America town. A true testament as to why America is still great, as there’s still some kind, knowledgeable, hard working and helpful people out there, and thankfully still in business.

My wife and I are visiting Cloudroft from Albuquerque and went into Magnum's Guns II this afternoon to buy some ammo. There were two people working, a man and a woman. The woman was busy visiting with another lady and the man was messing around with a pricing gun. We stood at the counter looking at the ammo we wanted, with money in hand, and were ignored by both people behind the counter. Even though the man was only 3 feet from us, he couldn't be bothered with us. I finally said something about wanting to get some of the 10mm Auto ammunition on the shelf, but was still ignored. I don't know whether this shop doesn't like out-of-towners or maybe our money was the wrong color. Who knows? They certainly did not want to speak to us. Fortunately, folks at another store down in Alamogordo were more than happy to do business with us!

Great little gun shop. The people that work there are incredibly polite and helpful and their prices for guns aren't overpriced like the store in Alamogordo.

I bought the heart breaker and it was awesome!! They fully back their guns and this one was built by the owner!! Boar sighted when I bought it and spot on accuracy!! So smooth I kinda want to buy another one!!!

Terrible service. Went in to buy a gun, ammo and some accessories. The guy behind the counter was more interested in kneeling behind the counter playing with the guns in the case than providing and service or acknowledging that I was even there. Another person walked in and got help immediately. Too much competition to support a business like this.

Was a little short on cash one week so I sold one of my rifles he gave ma great price just a little less than I paid for it new even though he already had a few in stock plus he has a amazing stock will definitely get my business in the future
