We find it is quick and easy to drive into the car wash. The attendant always has a smile, is proficient; the wash itself is always smooth, the equipment always working well. Love it!

Awful only one side of my truck got clean. The guy decided to stay on the driver side and spray all the bug be gone stuff. So my passenger side looks awful and the back is still dirty.

I usually go to the carwash by H-Tea O, but for some reason, they were closed. I really needed my car washed, so I decided to give A-key a try. I just bought a new vehicle with no scratches, dents, chips, or anything (I check every time I leave Walmart, we all know that the people here in Clovis are known to be inconsiderate of other individuals vehicles in the parking lot). Any who, after my car wash was completed, I am vacuuming my car and then arrive home. I then see a chip on my hood and I am questioning myself where it could have come from because I never have seen it before. Let me include, I am a home body, so the only place I go to is work on the base, Wal-Mart, Albertsons, and home (I have a garage, so my car is safe from outside elements). I then see multiple of chips in my paint and the only place I have been to that has touched that area of my vehicle recently is A-Key Car Wash. I can understand if it is one chip, but I have multiple, I am livid! I came on here to read if others have similar damage and I did see one customer had the same. I would not recommend this car wash until their equipment is fully checked and resolved for quality customer service. I did call and leave my number, I am currently awaiting a phone call back and sincerely hope that they compensate me for the damages to my vehicle.

They actually have people scrubbing the front of my truck before I go into the car wash, and it gets a lot of the bugs off. It cleaned the truck very well. At the end, they have some kids drying the windows, which is nice.

Great car wash, I have the membership and it great service, great prices! It does get busy, that's what's gives it it's reputation. Mr Richard is also very friendly!

Washed off the dust but nothing else. They even hand-dried over the bug splatters.

I hate to write this because I have been going here for ever. I decided to try their auto detailing. I drove the car home after it was “finished”, opened the back and there was dirt all over the top headrests in the back seat, and in my trunk area which tells me that they didn’t clean it all of the way. I honestly could have done a better job. Especially for paying $70! On top of that, my a/c vent was broken! Sadly I will be canceling my membership.

Saw and experienced awesome customer service today. I saw a gentleman that works there double check a ladies pickup bed and alerted her that she had thing back there. I was next in line, and I told him he was a rock star for doing that. I asked him his name so I could brag to his manager... it was Richard, and he is the general manager. I had great service and my truck shines! Thanks to the whole crew! You're doing something right!
