Had my car serviced there a month an a half ago. They had my car for exactly 30’days- I don’t get why when I scheduled it to be there in April-they couldnt get me in until May 27. Last possible day my insurance would cover my rental it’s ready. Cool.
Parking break malfunction, RDC stopped working, and cruise control malfunction.
I had to end up calling my insurance again for a tow- the battery was not screwed in at all- just connected. So I drove all the way to apex to let them know -Hey my car never had these issues until you worked on it.
JJ the dude in charge, ran a diagnostic and said no you have to take it to a machanic. For a code regarding the fuel injector pump. Why is my pump messed up less than 24 hours after they gave me my keys. Spike the man who handled my claim opened the door for me to leave and said “oh sorry that wasn’t the news you wanted to hear”
My whole issue is I NEVER had these codes pop up until they worked on my car. Now I’m out more money taking my car to someone I should have taken it to in the first place.
The cherry on top was the $20 I keep in my car for emergency in my sunglasses holder was missing as well-glad my badge for work was still there though.
They are liars and have no clue what they are doing! Now I’m out more $$ because of these clowns

I took in my Honda Accord for extensive hail damage, and they + the rep were able to help me without any issue. My Accord since looks like factory and am very pleased with their work and customer service. Thanks again to Spike and the rest of the time.

I had my Range Rover taken into there shop thinking I was in the best hands In Clovis but no….. my truck stood in there shop for more then 6 months. Waiting on parts and striped down. When I got it back suspension wasn’t working took it back had to wait another 3 months and they took it to Land Rover to get it fixed. Talked to my adjuster and she told me if they would have known about the suspension they would have totaled my car out…. Like really apex if you don’t know how to fix foreign vehicles please advise that to customers… after my suspension was fixed my driver door wasn’t closing right and had water coming into it I took it back aligned the door right. Okay after that my door stoped latching on the drivers door I checked it out and bolts were missing. I called apex to order the bolts I replaced them myself I did not let them out the bolts on. Never will I take a vehicle to them ever again. I see lots of foreign cars at there shop and I really do feel bad. I hope they get their vehicle back in one piece with no problems….

Absolutely would not recommend this place. The second Time that I had to go through them do to nobody else working with my insurance company farmers who I also dropped. Both times my truck has come back with more issues and I don't find them until I need to fix something and then you see that they do not put your vehicle back together like they took it apart. Highly disappointed in apex as a company and how they are treating people here in clovis
IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT LET APEX IN CLOVIS WORK ON IT

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Apex that is going to end in small claims court. They do not keep promises, they do not follow up and they do not tell the truth. We had to pay almost $1,000 in rental car overages due to their negligent delays and lies that everything was OK and that they had everything coordinated with the insurance company and the car rental company. Everything was not OK and nothing was coordinated and we were left stuck with rental car overages. There is no sense of professionalism in that office whatsoever.

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. No communication unless you call and even then you can't get a straight answer. The first time I dropped off my jeep off it was for a rear window and was told 3-5 hours tops. It was there from 8am until after apex closed. The second time was even worse. Dropped my jeep off in September. They kept my jeep for a month and then when I called for an update on it, Debbie stated they were still waiting on parts. Even tho I was told they had the parts when I dropped it off. 2 almost 3 months later I get it back, still not completed! Debbie said she would call me in December when my roof arrived and of course she didn't, I had to call her in January and remind in her they owe me a roof and windshield and she said my parts were coincidentally "delivered this morning" but there was damage to the new parts so they had to reorder. Then a month later I had to call Debbie AGAIN and remind her that I'm waiting and yet again they were coincidentally "delivered this morning". I dropped my vehicle off for the final time and was told 2 weeks. I got it back 19 days later with a dead fob key. I am beyond unhappy with my experience there! I would have taken my business elsewhere if they hadn't already been payed to do the job. Don't waste your time. **UPDATE!! Just noticed they sent my jeep back with 4 broken clips for my roof!! Absolutely ridiculous! I'm going to have to pay out of pocket and go somewhere else because they obviously can't be trusted. Smh.
