“Car looks much better, I don't see any of the severe hail damage anymore. They did a good job there. Took a star off because I'm disappointed that I took it in to get one thing fixed, but they messed up another. I don't know if you guys cleaned the car or if the paint shop you sent it to cleaned the car, but whoever did it used a really abrasive object to clean my gauge cover, and now it's so scratched I can't see the gauges because of the awful reflection the scratches cause. Guess it's just another of those things the customer just has to deal with.”

“Special thanks to Angela and Melissa! On a Sunday evening after Thanksgiving, on my way home from Albuquerque to Amarillo, my alternator gave out about 40 miles from clovis. I called this facility to confirm my alt was in stock and it was so I called the tow truck to come get me. Had him drop me in the parking lot so I could change alt on site. Of course, I didn't bring any of my tools on the last minute trip, so I had to frequent inside the store... I've spent 19 years of my life working for automotive dealerships and commonly use autozone for my aftermarket outlet on personal or friends and family vehicles. I spend a good amount of money with this company, unbeknownst to these reps. In short, never have I ever encountered such nice and helpful reps in any professional setting. They were just and nice and helpful everytime I went in for an unexpected tool or part. Knowing at some point I was coming back in to turn in my core, one of you even came out to check on me, while I worked in the dark and cold! More than just professional, you two were considerate and thoughtful. I thank you so much for what could have been a really bad evening, it was quite the opposite. “I was on a camping trip and got stranded in Clovis, NM; it's a long story what the issues were from my camping plug pulled out from my tow vehicle and broke while being drug for miles to losing my electric brake controller to issues with my tow vehicle 7-way plug. At. the end of it all, I was referred to Master Trim by Hamilton Ford, and thank God! The employees were kind, but the installer, Scott was phenomenal and definitely knowledgeable in wiring a vehicle for towing. Not only did he get me back on the road after being stuck 2 extra days than originally planned, he was kind and understanding of my situation and that reflected on my bill, for which I am eternally grateful since I was a long way from home. “I like harbor freight yes you read it right!!! This Italian Girl can use power tools!!! The store has a pretty good selection for the size store it is and the town I live in. I like how they have lifetime warranty on their brand tools. You just take it in and they replace it so yes get the replacement plan with them!!! The staff is usually friendly always ask if I need help. Go by and say hi pick up a power tool or a ladder you won't regret it. This Italian tool girl gives it thumbs up!!!”
