“I was on a camping trip and got stranded in Clovis, NM; it's a long story what the issues were from my camping plug pulled out from my tow vehicle and broke while being drug for miles to losing my electric brake controller to issues with my tow vehicle 7-way plug. At. the end of it all, I was referred to Master Trim by Hamilton Ford, and thank God! The employees were kind, but the installer, Scott was phenomenal and definitely knowledgeable in wiring a vehicle for towing. Not only did he get me back on the road after being stuck 2 extra days than originally planned, he was kind and understanding of my situation and that reflected on my bill, for which I am eternally grateful since I was a long way from home.
