“As we were passing through on our way to Colorado from Texas we experienced a double blow on our RV. We were stuck on the side of Highway 84 with a jack that didn’t work. After a search for roadside service Deco came up. I called to inquire about services and the gentleman that I spoke to said he would be happy to come out but I was closer to Fort Sumner and it would be expensive. He gave me the name of a place in Fort Sumner and said that would save me a lot of money. I appreciate the integrity shown by this company in turning the potential business over to another company for the customers benefit. Very honest company and while I hope I never need their services I would certainly not hesitate to use them. Thank you from this Texas family stranded in New Mexico!”

I was 500 miles from home and had just left that Saturday morning after attending a funeral in Portales the previous day. He was friendly, thorough and very professional. “Car used to wander around a bit. They correctly diagnosed the issue to the swap bar bushings. Later bought new tires and went on for a 4w alignment. Car doesn't wander, torque steer is gone, and I'm getting 2-3 mpg more. Very pleased.”
“My car broke down outside Clovis leaking coolant and the engine overheating; I went to Marez Automotive and Albert got it back into the bay immediately. He explained what was wrong with my water pump and even showed me the new part so I would understand exactly what happened to the old one and why the engine was overheating. The mechanics got the repairs done in good order and everyone was incredibly kind and caring to me, even when I cried. :-) There is also a sweet shop dog named Sally. Albert and his crew are good people who made a really hard situation much easier. I would strongly recommend this place.”
“My AC went out in my truck, called up Teds and he was more than accommodating and able to squeeze me in while he waited for parts for another customer. Very honest and up front, doesn't up sell you and doesn't try to make you buy more than you need. Very quick fix of a replacement AC condenser and very good pricing. Would go back again and again and again.”
“I stopped by to get a quote on a A/C service I needed done, after explaining that I had the part and what I needed, Jason told me it should be a straight forward job for a DIY, couple minutes later I got home, switched out the part in 5 minutes and......surprise I have A/C again!

“I really like this Dodge outfit. I’m not very mechanically inclined but when I reached out to both the service Dept. & the Parts Dept. everyone was super helpful. Both Departments were able to help me over the phone by troubleshooting certain issues I ran into with my 2018 Dodge Charger. I am so glad I recently (4 months ago) paid for a top tier extra warranty that is designed specifically for going to Dodge Companies for the warranty. But today, I couldn’t drive out there so, both Service Dept. & Parts Dept. helped me to troubleshoot an issue I was having and everything ended up working out. “Granted this was my first time coming here, but they were so helpful and kind! Came in for an oil change (I called around other places that quoted me almost $100 but here it was $68 with full synthetic oil). I had a lady and a man help me out, I forget their names, but they were beyond helpful! I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend as far as oil changes!”
