I was really excited to go and waited around in the mall until bath and body works opened only to be accused of stealing by Taylor because I put my phone in my purse. Killed my whole mood and just left. She tried playing it off as a joke and said I must’ve really liked a scent and thats why I put it in my purse. Off of the 75% off table????? Be for real. She could’ve asked instead of just accusing me. 0/10. Not going back. They can play the cameras back I was there on 06/30/24 between 12-12:15.

Came in yesterday looking for a birthday present and absolutely no one helped me. I was looking around the shop for a good 20 minutes and NO ONE helped me. But as soon as a woman came in two people offered her help. This just seems messed up to me. Other than that the stuff I bought were really nice.

Visited here to exchange a discounted men's body wash because the scent was too much like cologne. As long as what you exchange is over half the bottle (but verify with the new policy), you can switch it out for a more pleasing scent. I went with the "Mineral & Sea Salt" wash. The cashier was super friendly and informative about their new rewards program.

Great customer service. Fast friendly check out. I have used all products. Candles, wallflower, bath products, hand soaps smell good and scents last. Coupons help. I love Bath and Body- hope they remain in Clovis.??
