If I could give no stars I would. Their service department is the worst and they’re so unprofessional. I took my truck to get fixed they “fixed it” I paid what I had to pay. Took it back in less than a month because it stopped working, they “fixed it” again under warranty. And tried to tell me I couldn’t take it back when i had 2 years of warranty. Got that resolved. Took my truck home In less than a day of having it it stopped working took it back they “fixed it again” got it back on the weekend and it stoped working again! Took it back & they are just telling me now they won’t fix it that now it’s something else, and they won’t help me anymore, they tried to say they gave me parts for free without even letting me know. How is that my fault??? I wasted all that money for nothing. Talked to the manager and he processed to tell me the reason I had to take it back the first time is bc the parts they put in it were not good. I get it that’s not their fault. But neither is mine? They didn’t fix it, and now they won’t even check it. Talked to the owner he was supposed to call me back and never did. I kept going back almost every day. I got to the point where I gave up.They should’ve told me they weren’t gonna help at all so I wouldn’t have to wasted my money going.

Got an oil change and tire rotation. The invoice states the tire pressure was set to factory but it’s clear that was not done as shown in the pics. They are getting really good at charging for service and not providing it.

Very disappointed and honestly I don't know if I should trust them. They were great until they weren't. Took my truck a 2018 GMC Sierra in on 6/3 had a bunch of problems going on with it. Great fix them all I was ok with them fixing everything including the new transmission. Get a call on the 7th stating truck wont start it needs a new battery ok put one on. Didn't hear back on this problem. Get a call truck was ready on the 10th. Ok I'm on the way I live an hour away. Pick up truck no problems was happy to have it back. Look at invoice after i leave to see all work that was done. No where on there do i see new battery. Call them was told no its not on there so didnt happen. So why waste my time and stress me out with more problems if "it didn't happen" and no new battery put on. Started driving home an hour away in heavy rain so didn't use cruise control until it slowed down. Cruise won't work but it worked previously when dropped off. Called them I'm 30 minutes out at this point. They said well we can .ame you an appointment to come in at a later date. NO it worked when I dropped it off and now it's not, asked if I'd have to pay was told well it depends on what it is and how big of a fix. I was pissed but turned around and went back got there and decided to try remote start that didn't work either. Had to sit an hour or so for them to fix it. Was ready didn't have to pay. Left again. Thought all my problems were over but boy was I wrong. We packed up ready to go out of town to mountains on 14th. Leaving Hereford and start hearing a huge popping sound. Call a mechanic in Hereford they were able to look at it. Get down and the cross member is barely hanging on. Bolt on last thread before it falls off. I'm beyond pissed. Call them told them and was told WE CAN SET UP AND APPOINTMENT AT A LATER DATE TO TIGHTEN THEM. Umm it is barely hanging on if I were to drive an hour at 75 miles an hour it would fall off causing way more problems. I sent videos to them and was just told well talk to them not even a I'm so sorry this happened. Now I'm terrified that they didn't tighten the transmission on or some other parts they fixed. I was thinking about getting it into someone GM certified in Hereford to have them check everything out to make sure everything is now actually fixed and bolted tightly, but I'd be out of money doing that. I cried so much that 14th. Let me also state that we bought the truck in march 24 Bender Jeep down the road from them said it was checked out by them since they were GM certified and good to go. I had to take truck in for window to be replaced and brought everything to their attention less than 15 days after signing paperwork. So within the 15 day warranty they tell you about for problems. Was told to wait for 30 days to kick in so my other warranty would pick it up. I took off half days from work multiple times getting this truck situation taken care of. From window being replaced 3 times for flooding issues to popping sounds. Bender Jeep did help get problem taken care of and helped me get a loner vehicle everytime we needed it while truck was being "fixed" . They even picked up costs. Can't thank them enough for that. My dad thinks truck was in the flood of 23 and that's where all the problems came from. I get it things happen but for all these problems to start less than 15 days after signing paperwork. I didn't have truck for 5 of those days because PMR had it fixing the windows and waiting on a new mexico inspector to take pictures under truck.

I'll make it quick, I was charged for a recall, was told I'd have to leave my truck a couple days to diagnose a rattling door and off centered steering wheel. The mechanic moved all my mirrors and seat adjustments and didn't bother moving them back. This place will give a quick oil change but doesn't compare to autonation in Amarillo. Good for a quick oil change that's but it.
