Absolutely the worst service department !! They programmed the wrong PCM part number and didn’t program the injectors lol - now because of that I’m spending an additional 3,000 dollars at brownfield service department what a joke benders is !! MY HEARTFELT OPTION TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BROWNFIELD SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN TEXAS !! THEY WILL GET IT DONE CORRECTLY AND TREAT YOU WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT YOU DESERVE !!

I took my vehicle for what I thought was a simple job. I got my vehicle back with a half ass job and more problems than when I took it in. Now I'm paying for the job to be done AGAIN and to clear all the issues they created by not doing the job right the first time.

if you live somewhere between Clovis & Portales, strongly recommend the latter dealership!
Brought my 2016 Jeep in for a basic (what i was told) 1-day repair. When I called at the end of the day to confirm it was ready for pickup, that is when they told me it would be an extra day. Luckily not that big of an issue. Come the end of day 2, same thing but they PROMISED it would be ready by noon on day 3. i go mid-afternoon on day 3 and they still are not done. sat in the waiting “room” for two more hours. would give them a one star rating but the Mx Manager offered me a water bottle while i waited….

we got there for a key program and left with all kinds of problems and codes on my dodge. and besides 4 hours waiting for the key fob to be programmed ended up with almost $1500 worth of stuff we have to do to the pickup to get it back running without codes, my husband and the other dealer told the service department to not work on a recall and they took it upon themselves to do it after being told not to and thats where the pickup got 14 total codes on it. Do Not take your dodge to them.... they clearly do not know what they r doing in the service department. I got an almost $500 bill for a $70 key fob programming and now we have to come up with another $1000 to get my pickup back to running with no problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE ANY OF YOUR VEHICLES TO BENDER DODGE IN CLOVIS NEW MEXICO....STAY AWAY FROM THAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great people, great price and the best dealership experience we had in our lifetime. Jarred is an awesome manager, Mason is a great young finance manager, Elle greeted us with respect and smiles. I wish I could give 10 stars...or more... I literally called 20+ dealers across the nation (Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, California) for the past several days to get a price on 2023~2024 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek and...no one...I mean no one in the entire nation could not kept their advertising price...except sales Manager Jarred from Bender Chrysler in Clovis, NM...he gave me his bottom line price in less than 2 min phone conversation... Not only Mr. Jarred gave me his bottom price (better than any other dealers in the nation), Mr. Jarred also gave me the best finance rate, which I never thought I could get in Feburary 2024. The rate he got for us is almost as closed to OEM finance company's special interest rate on a new vehicle... Mr. Jarred gave me his word "don't worry, we will not sale your car from underneath. Once we make a deal, we will honor the deal". Since, he gave me his word, it was time for us to keep our word and got our down payment in a hurry and drove straight to Clovis, NM and we have promised to be at the dealer first thing in the morning at 8am. Elle greeted us respectfully and gave us key and let us take the vehicle for ourselves to drive around while they were preparing documentation for us to sign. We were led to Mr. Figueroa's office as we came back to the dealer and we had a wonderful conversation with Mr. Figueroa, while we were signing our documents (4th day at the job and great young man, we both wish him well)... As we were signing documents, of course, I've checked the details of the transaction and this is the first time I've ever seen the actual documents reflected all of the details we've agreed from the first 2 min conversation with Manager Jarred. All in all took us less than 2 hours (most of which we were talking with Mr. Figueroa about life in general), then all of them greeted us and thanked us as we walked out of the dealership. Reminded me of old school service...THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ALL AT BENDER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM!
