The cashier today was amazing , she was a sweet older lady doing amazing. The manager on the other hand didn’t have to embarrass her the way he did today. You can’t control how many people come to the register at once and you can’t control how much stuff people get either. He had this demeaning tone telling her she needed to pick up the pace and this is not the first time we’ve witnessed him be rude to an employee.

Biglots is a good store but the emplyees are what makes it awesome.

Store never has anything in stock. Normal day shift has 8-9 people working and at any given time 5-6 employees are on a smoke break leaving long lines in the store.

Had a great experience at big lots. Rick was extremely helpful and friendly. We also had a great cashier that made sure that my son got his military discount. Everyone was very helpful and courteous!
