We needed a part desperately. No one in town had it and we won't be able to make it to Bison before they closed. I called and they offered to get my part, take payment over the phone and leave it in their mailbox so we could pick it up when we got there.
Lo and behold, there it was. You guys were a lifesaver! Thank you so much!

Do you prefer pushing sales tactics from Big Names like Camping World or want to be hounded while viewing RV models? If you answers yes to these questions, Bison RV is not for you.
If you want a pleasant shopping experience, exceptional customer service, and support local, Bison RV is for you. Roy, Kelli, and the entire staff made RV buying extremely enjoyable. Roy answered very single question I had from model differences, financing options, and RV essential how-to-info with honest, thorough answers.
Roy and the staff at Bison RV didn’t pressure me and allowed my whole family of 6 (4 small kids) to basically play in the RV to see if it would work for us. We spent multiple Saturdays stopping by and really scoping out our RV before purchase. We toured similar models at Camping World and the experience was night and day different from Bison RV. We bought a 2024 Surveyor Legend 296QBLE.
We are also going to keep it stored at Bison RV when not in use. Any maintenance needed between trips, will be easily addressed while being stored with Bison.
Stop in and view the models on their showroom floor to see if an RV can work for you.

Fortunately they had a 30amp transfer switch I needed. Unfortunately they charge $100 over the $75 cost of them.If you absolutely need parts, stop in. If you can order online, save yourself the 250% markup. Unethical but convenient.

Love my wolf pup. I feel they do a good job on my upkeep of the trailer. It is a couple of hours for me to get the trailer to them and you have to wait for an appointment but I appreciate what they do. They have a supply of trailer needs and some cute stuff too!

Not much of a dealer. Only 4 RVs on the lot for sale. No masks beginning worn even though it is a state order. Parts are very high priced. They seemed annoyed that we were there. As if we were bothering them. We Will not buy anything from them.
