Don’t waste your time. This “company” is the epitome of terrible service from beginning to end.Not only will they flake and leave you scrambling to solve seating 50 people with no tables and chairs...they don’t have the courtesy to call you.They won’t answer the phone, ever, so don’t even try.

Awful customer service!!! We paid in full online for 2 slides. We were called 2 days later saying that the 1st slide we picked they no longer use. It is too big and for insurance reasons, (ok then take it off your website) and the other slide was already rented. I picked a different slide and needed a refund for 1 slide. They didn't know how to process. Then they decided the next day they didn't like my attitude so they were not bringing any slide. I still don't have my money and I paid over a week ago.

Absolutely horrible experience! They called me 3 hours before they were to deliver the water slide for my sons 11th bday party & said it was ripped. The only thing they offered me was a little palm tree bounce house for like 3 year olds which was totally unacceptable! I was very upset & because I was so upset the owner refused to give me my money back & said I could wait until Monday (which they're closed) so Tuesday we'll see what happens. I suggest nobody rent from this place I know I never will again!

My baby turned 7 yrs old may 19th she had a blast thanks Bounce City USA..... for being a part of her big 7 celebration.....she loved it......
