Horrible customer service i walked in the store to purchase a pair of boots. I was looking at the ariats and no more then 4 minutes into me looking at them the lady working there told me if your not gonna buy anything then you need to leave. So I took my money to Big 5 and bought work boots. It was obvious she didn't want me to spend a couple hundred on the boots in this store. So I left. And won't be back.

The employees that help me out were very courteous and helpful I had to get a comfortable tennis shoe because I wear an ankle brace and they helped me find the shoe so I am very appreciated if towards this employee I wish I knew his name thank you.

If it was possible not choose a star at all I would do so! Poor customer service! Considering this is a shoe store you’d think they’d make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase for $200 or shoes/boots! Sometimes you need to wear them to see how you feel and not taking tags off or anything he still refused to return the boots! What a waste of money!

Great customer service from the fella working there. Prices are outrageous. Plan on not eating for the rest of the month if you buy shoes there. WAY OVERPRICED!!!
