These people are never available when you need them. Someone got into my account and stole hundreds, just in time for the holidays. I’ve tried calling these people & they don’t answer. I’ve had times in the past in which I needed their help & their phone number is “temporarily unavailable”. You can bet we’re switching to a bank that will help their veterans and attempts to keep our money secure. Do not trust Cannon federal with your money bc they don’t care.

I’ve been in this bank for probably 12 years now I have not had any problems at all. The employees are very helpful and will get you right on your business.

This is the worst bank to work with!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK!! There is a girl named Jessica and she is the rudest ever!! My boyfriend called to make his payment and this was his second time being late with his payment, and she threatens him to make the other payment which is not due yet. And he was trying to explain to her that he was out of town and his boss was on the other line to make a payment and after she threats him that if he didn't make both payments which the other one was not due yet she was going to follow the procedure of repoing the truck and the other payment was not due yet. He was trying hard to make her understand she hung up the phone and my boyfriends boss called back to make the payment and sked her why she hung up on them, and she asked who it was and he presented himself and it was his boss, once she found out it was his boss she tookthe payment. Never will I deal with this bank, its the worst and we go through difficulties and people like her make it 10 times worse??

Frustrated with the bank. They are upset because their staff did not write my card number correctly and then says your card was declined and tries to say I gave the wrong card number. They also upset that my insurance policy was changed, at least there is insurance on it at all. Insurance can be expensive. We cant all be rich like the bank folks. Hilarious how they are still in business. Highly do not recommend using this bank. Best to go somewhere else. I don't have time for petty people or one sided fights.

The system or something has to be way outdated here.. it's 2023 I shouldn't have to wait for someone to come in and manually release funds from a cash deposit for 2 days

Terrible customer service. Shady business do not go here unless you want you want to fight a one sided battle. They lie and cover up anything they can. Highly do not recommend.

Stay away from the ATM by Albertsons!! DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH IT WILL EAT IT. I lost $367 in that ATM. Also this bank isn't really that good if you overdraft for any reason wether it's an accident they will charge a $27 fee ever time. If there is a charge to your account you don't authorize they will not stop it they will make you make a fraud claim which will take up to 6 months to get your money back if at all. If their is over use of your card or any suspicion of fraud they will lock your card even if your the only person using it is you. I would highly recommend not adding it to any online services. I've had problems with this bank for almost 2 years. Sometimes their good but most of the time please stay away. I would rather pay $100 anywhere else then $10 here. First experience with a bank/ credit union and worst experience. I also almost failed to mention that their app takes forever to show transactions. It takes hours to days to know how much money you really have in your account from the app.

I use my app all the time and ask me to set a new password and have my biometrics set. I don't remember my password pls stop asking me to reset it
