The arrangement I received was pretty nothing like what my sister ordered the problem is you blocked her you didn't try to make things right I live local and And I shop local and Word of mouth is a big thing ?

The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like what was received. When I called to speak with someone, I was told that some flowers had to be substituted, and that I changed my mind several times while ordering. They must have me confused- I didn’t change my mind at all. I was told they would need to substitute the orange flowers. So… they blamed me for their mistake and offered no apology or any offer to make things right. So much for keeping it local.
Update: I reached out via Messenger and they blocked me instead of replying. Very unprofessional.

Went in looking to buy some greenery for my flowers, I had a bouquet of just roses made for my grandmother but she likes to vase them herself and the place I had the bouquet made was out of all greenery so I went looking around to see if I could purchase some separate so she could arrange them how she likes and let me tell you, the guy working was EXTREMELY rude. We showed up at the shop at the same time so I assumed he was a customer and he walked in before me, I saw a note on the door that said "sorry we missed you, we are on a delivery" so I wasn't sure if the were open. I was confused and just said out loud "are they open" (still thinking he's a customer because he's standing BESIDE the register not behind it) and with an attitude he said "well I'm here aren't I" I apologized told him I thought he was a customer and proceeded to explain my situation. He kept asking who my florist was, and if I worked at the other floral shop, and I told him again no I'm just a customer but needed to buy greenery and he was looking me up and down, frowning his eyebrows, arms crossed, and telling me he didn't know what I wanted, I asked if he could show me any he had available and he just kept looking me up and down (it was extremely uncomfortable and felt like he was upset I didn't have my bouquet made there in the first place) and he just looked over his shoulder to the back and said "yeah I don't know what you want can't help you" I don't know what his issue was but I simply said " you know what I'll just find them somewhere else have a good day" and left. This encounter alone made me NEVER want to do business with this floral shop again. Luckily I was able to find another shop that was able to help me and knew how to talk to and treat customers.

Caring staff, great customer service, and a beautiful arrangement. I called to order something special for my cousin's memorial service that was happening that afternoon. The lady I talked with was very kind and spent time on the phone exploring ideas of how we could mix and match different components from arrangements on the website to create something that matched the other arrangements they were delivering that day for the service. The family was quite impressed with the original, unique, gorgeous creation. Thank you!

I lost my best friend and was so very sad. I went in here to buy him some flowers so I could pay tribute without having to speak because I would have cried the whole time if I would have been asked to. I was approached by such a kind lady and we became engulfed in each others losses together. We both shared a common loss. We both lost someone we loved from suicide and in that moment time froze. We both spoke of the day it happened and realized together that you are never alone, death has no time or reason and it is something we must all face. Whether it is us or someone we love. The pain of loosing someone you loved is equal. Sometimes we just can’t seem to get beyond that loss until we meet someone who has experienced the same kind of loss. There are some losses you just can’t get over, like the loss of a child or grandchild. Loosing a parent or best friend. But we almost experience loss ,that we cannot escape. Thank you for being there for me. I’ll come see you again Someday soon.

Purchase flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day today. They didn’t even last the full day. This is the night of Valentines, approximately 8 PM. This is what $86 got us. I will never spend my money at a floral shop again.

Amazing business. I live so far from Clovis New Mexico but my friend lives there. I sent her flowers on her birthday and they came so beautiful!!! Also she was not home and it was raining/cold, the flourish did not want the flowers ruined and offered to bring them to her. Such a nice business. I will buy from them again!
