Very helpful and patient staff. They were more than willing to answer all our questions and dealing with our screaming huskies. Staff was also very compassionate and non-judgemental to our mistakes we've made a owners and provided us with solutions rather than harsh criticism.
This place is more expensive but they're totally worth the cost!

The complete lack of compassion in this line of work is absolutely astounding. They considered everything outside of routine to be an inconvenience and they will 100% let you know you’re the problem. Do yourself a favor and take your fur family to somewhere that is actively working in their best interests.

Absolutely. Unthinkable that you would tell somebody to take their farm animal out off of a country road and shoot it. When they were right there with it, you could have euthanized it. What happened to do? No harm.

My dog had yeast poisoning. I needed help inducing her to vomit. I live 5 minutes away, they wouldn’t take me even though it was 10 minutes until closing, and offered no helpful suggestions. Worst vet clinic I’ve ever interacted with.

Dr. Ford and her staff give my dog Hope excellent care. I have tried the other local vets and I really appreciate her care the best for my pets. She's super friendly and let's me make choices for Hope without making me feel I make a bad decision.

We're traveling from Idaho and needed to update our two horses' health certificates. I was surprised they were able to get us in the same day, most vets in our area are booking at least 2 weeks out. The vet was awesome and it was really inexpensive. The front desk staff and everyone I talked to there was friendly.

I like how they are able to provide comprehensive testing such as fast labs and xrays. But I've brought 2 cats to them and each time the vets unfeelingly speculated to me the worst problem possible in my cats. I'd be crying from their dire predictions, thinking my cats were dying only to find out the problems weren't that big! Dr Ford and Lindsay come across as scientific androids. No warmth, kindness or sensitivity. Too detached. I literally needed therapy after this last time of aloof robot behavior from the whole staff.
