I visit this store often when they are stocking there is always boxes everywhere, they don't bother making a organized mess I had to climb over boxes and was told to go around if I didn't like it. Went in today bought Dr pepper and coke there was a sign discounting Dr pepper and a sticker on the cokes a smaller one but it said they were 3 for 15.00 they charged full price for the coke, I went back and told the girl and she said coke was not on sale, I told her that I didn't want but one and she said she couldn't refund my money,I told her here is my receipt give me my money back. She had to call the manager and then she still couldn't do it I ended up getting them anyway. They don't train the employees very well they stock items in the wrong place I have no problem with the manager she has her hands full they need to hire adults not kids, the worker was watching something on her phone while checking me out I will be very selective about going back to that store

Worker was really rude to another employee in front of me and other customers. I am not sure if they were a manager, but I have no tolerance for seeing people treated like that. Name-calling other employees to a customer is very inappropriate and not professional. I will never come here again. I hope the employee that has to deal with that finds a better job and just leaves!

Worst experience I've ever had with a store manager. I was stranded and had no way to get back to Portales when I went into this store to buy a charger for my phone to get help. The initial lady was nice and said I could plug it into the ice machine plug so I did but the charger didn't work so I went back into the store to exchange it which is when this manager from hell approached. I asked if I could exchange the charger and she refused told me I had to buy a new one and was very short and rude, I think she may have been out of Crack or something by the way she was treating me so I said whatever and just kept trying to use the one I bought then she came outside and went off on me for using the outlet that the employee had said I could use so I just left the location not after a few choice words. Luckily I was able to go across the street to Allsups and after about 2 hours was able to pay someone 40$ for a ride. Don't ever go to this dollar general they don't have respect or human decency

Friendly staff. But sadly the store is a mess sometimes and I can't find what I need. Also the registers are always crashing. I'd imagine it's stressful for the workers.
