Wow this location is amazing! I usually see people smoking in econolodge hotels, but this was different! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Even had a USB port for phone chargers! Most Sleep inn and Comfort inn don’t have USB ports only have outlets. Perfect for cheap stays and great for breakfast too! Waffles were amazing! 6 Stars if I could

Last minute pick just got to tired of driving to go further. It was OK, not anything special. Room looked just as tired as me, looked old. Maybe need something to freshen up the looks. Disappointed in the breakfast, anything hot you fix yourself, small area to eat in, it felt as if they know not very many people will come and eat. I had cereal.

I checked in late last night. The front desk lady was helpful and courteous. The mattress had bedbugs. I was bit all night and kept waking up.
I checked in around 3AM.
Also another concerning thing is the front desk lady claims to have returned my temporary TX license, which was printed off a piece of paper (I just moved to TX and waiting for a plastic card). I checked everywhere and did not find it. It's 9:00 AM and I am checking out. WHAT A HELL HOLE

Had a decent room . Wheelchair accessible. The room you could only get in the door an the bathroom. Other than that it's ok. Really expensive. 200 for 2 nights. Wow. 55 + and still cost 200+ . The only way to get up is the ramp and it's steep and not wide Enough.

Rooms were ok. Rather stale smell. Window air conditioner that a short person would not be able to operate.

I've stayed here for work multiple times now. The hotel is very clean and affordable. The owner and staff are friendly as well. I highly recommend it, you can't do better for the price.

Econo Lodge Clovis, New Mexico
Wow, where do i start…. How bout 5-Stars. I was a complete walk-in last night and couldn’t help but notice how clean and organized the lobby was.
They issued me a room and when i walked in I was slapped in the face with the freshest, cleanest smell you can breathe. I could smell the fresh linen from the front door !
The bathroom was squeaky clean and stocked with clean smelling towels and washcloths. The LVP (Luxury Vinyl Planks) are smooth and no dust anywhere. The furniture was all new and the room smelled great. No issues with the TV, very simple remote control and the mini fridge and microwave worked fine.
I slept like a baby. I woke up the next morning and enjoyed the continental breakfast. I met the owners and told them the next time I’m driving through Clovis and need a place to stay for the night it will be here. You’re not going to find a better rate. Cheers.

This was my first time staying in Clovis, and I struggled to choose a motel due to the mixed reviews and most of the properties being older. Luckily, someone had left a detailed and glowing review for this Econo Lodge, which gave me the confidence to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did.
The review was spot on. This place is impeccable when it comes to cleanliness. The furniture, flooring, paint, and other features in the room are newer and in excellent condition. It’s clear that someone has taken great care of this property, and it truly shows.
Customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, allowing me to check in early after a long night of driving and even giving me an extra 15 minutes to load my vehicle at checkout. The front desk team was friendly, accommodating, and professional.
This stay was a bright spot in the middle of a stressful out-of-state move. Econo Lodge Clovis has officially made my short list of motels to stay at when traveling west. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!

It seemed like one of the nicer hotels in the area for a decent price, so after searching around, we decided to stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. Initially, we were a bit concerned because the hotel's exterior didn't look great, but it turned out to be fine and much better than we expected. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Clovis!

Chose because it had the best reviews of the hotels along this highway. It lived up with a very large room with tons of space as well as a couch with our two queen beds. The bathroom was also very large and had a great walk in shower. Had to wait and ring the doorbell for someone to come out and uh block the door so we could get a room, but she was very nice afterwards. Breakfast was simple but good. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in or around Clovis!

Most of the motels along this highway in Clovis were absolutely nasty, old and unkept with horrible all night train noise. We decided to check out the Econolodge 1400 E Mabry Drive. It was so clean, upgraded and perfect. Everything worked. A little temporary problem with Wi-Fi. If there were train sounds we did not hear them. It is built to block most noise. I would definitely stay there again. What a great nights rests for us and our quiet 9 pound puppy. Thank you Econolodge.
