Waiting for a package that should have been delivered yesterday by 5pm. Then it was updated to today to be delivered between 10 am and noon. It has now been changed again to be delivered before 5 pm today. This is terrible delivery service with inaccurate delivery times.
The delivery has now been updated to end of day.

For 2 days Ive been home waiting for my fed ex delivery, I have camera footage from yesterday of the driver parked on the side of the street in front of my house but never getting out of vehicle he never came to my door and today just didnt show up and marked my package as undeliverable. I think fedex is the worst. The drivers get away with not doing their job properly and effeciently.

The morning hours could be better, but otherwise super easy to ship items and the staff is always helpful. The parking situation is absolutely terrible.

One of the delivery drivers must've stolen my SHEIN package (very popular shopping site amongst women) because apparently my package was delivered at my door. But when I looked at the photo it was a woman's hand (acrylic nails were done) holding my package but it wasn't on my doorstep when I checked? That was like $100 worth of items so I'd like it back :(

Terrible hours. Not enough staff. They have to shut for lunch ... FedEx??? Upon her return, she was unenthusiastic, not thrilled with three people in line and the antithesis of helpful. Although their website says you can print from a USB drive she couldn't nor did she attempt any effort to provide service to us. She clearly just wanted us to go away... So we did! Go to UPS about a mile away; they're FANTASTIC!
