Was too busy to help me. I guess the girl behind the counter needed more help as he did not ask if I needed help. She was an employee also. Conversation didn’t sound important as neither did I. Found what I was looking for, $58.96 total. Gave $100 bill, he said he cannot accept unless my bill was $70 or more. So I either buy more or go home. They just don’t want to be bothered at GNC. Go somewhere else.

Most of the time the prices that pop up at the cash register don't match what's on the sticker on the shelf. And when you ask the VERY RUDE young man who works there to fix it, he says it's not up to him and that he has no idea what things are supposed to cost or what's on sale at the time. He refuses to try to fix anything, seems bothered to have to speak to anyone and has terrible customer service.

I went with a friend to pick up vitamins for my husband and there was no attendant in the store. We looked around for about 5 minutes to find the vitamins. There was still no one available when I was ready to make my purchase. I called out, “Hello? Hello, is anyone there?” thinking the clerk might be in the back. About 5-10 seconds later a young girl walked in the store from the mall with a milkshake. I asked if she worked there and she responded that she did. When I approached the counter she proceeded to reprimand me for calling out “hello” and told me that I was being rude. I am quite stunned that trying to find someone to help me as a customer is considered rude. My husband and I will likely buy online from now on if this is what we can expect for customer service from this store location.
