“It isn't often that I get to praise someone from your stores for going above and beyond to help. But you have an assistant manager in Clovis, New Mexico named Carlos. Store # 1781. He helped us with enthusiasm and kindness but what impressed me the most was his willingness to help even though he had just finished his day. A woman had been asking for help to load fencing (84 year old woman) and Could NOT get anyone to help her, my husband and I were assisting her and she told me of the problems she had with getting help in the store. Needless to say she loaded the fence wood by herself !! After we checked out I went back to find the young man that had helped us. Carlos took action immediately and loaded her vehicle without blinking. Smiling and kind without reservation. This is something you should know about this young man. This should be the normal response from an employee, instead of the employee telling a customer there's nothing she can do to help, Terminal 13 June 4, 2026 time 18:01:25. I know her response was as most, she didn't care. So please acknowledge this young man Carlos!”
