Hooks' Alley is a bowling alley that offers a fun and lively atmosphere for visitors. Although it is an older establishment, with some lanes having dips that track the ball to the sides, many guests appreciate the overall experience. The interior is clean, well-coordinated, and inviting, making it a great place to relax, enjoy a cold beer, and watch the action. The alley features newer rental shoes and a variety of bowling balls at fair prices, ensuring a good time for bowlers of all ages.
Visitors enjoy the lively environment, complete with great music, delicious food, and a friendly staff. The bowling alley has recently upgraded its screens and technology, enhancing the experience. It also offers a juniors bowling program, making it a family-friendly destination. However, some guests have noted that the lane maintenance could be improved and have suggested more attention to cleaning. The owner is actively involved and responsive to customer concerns, which adds to the positive vibe of the place. Despite some minor issues, Hooks' Alley remains a popular spot in Clovis for bowling, food, and fun.
The lanes were amazing and they still have the normal pins and no strings. Plus the bowling alley itself has old style to and I love it. I haven't tried the food yet but I'm sure it's really really good I would definitely recommend going to this bowling alley

Equipment is old and cranky: balls don't always return, pins don't consistently reset, etc, especially with our special needs team members' light balls and weak throws. Staff is friendly and helpful, though, fixing problems quickly. The bar is good with a wide selection and good service. Food service is good, as well.
