Very unprofessional. Called ahead to make an appointment they made then did not honor appointment. Their mistake and I get a hard time to get a fix. Pay good money somewhere else next tax season.

My tax consultant, Mary Rodriguez I sent her my email with my w-2s in it and she did not do my taxes she did call me told me she was and it's been two weeks since I've turned in my w-2s and this h&r block in Clovis New Mexico is giving me the runaround!!! I haven't heard back anything at all from them I had to call myself and he still says he didn't do it because Mary left for the season! I do not recommend this h&r block to anybody at all you go to somewhere else if you want your taxes done respectfully and in a timely manner!! He will just leave here with the headache!!

Scheduled an appointment to file my taxes this year and the showed up at the scheduled time and was told they were running late. I waited around for 30 mins and scheduled again for the next hour and they never showed up. I won't be back.

I actually went in twice today the first time I went in I didn’t have much time I just wanted to make an appointment with someone named Chris the receptionist wouldn’t address me. A few people came in and I saw that it was getting full so I decided to leave and finish my other business and come back later. when I came back about two hours later, I was waiting for someone to pay for their services, and there was another couple waiting as well. They asked me if I was in line and I said yes, but the girl at the front asked the couple if she could help them they told her I was there before them, but she insisted on helping them first which iPhone was very rude. This was the same person who was there earlier. The gentleman said no she was here first. Please take care of her first so she asked me what can I do for you? I told her I would like to see someone named Chris because she was recommended to me so she had someone check with Chris and Chris said she was leaving in 10 minutes, so I asked if anyone else is available, they said everyone else is waiting for appointments to begin or they were busy so she turned her focus to the couple ahead of me and just ignored me. Very very rude. I turned to walk away and she asked me. “Oh, would you like to make an appointment? so I said no I will go to the Portales office and make an appointment there thank you goodbye!

I called with a specific need, they said they could help me, go to the appointment and reiterate we aren't there to file our taxes and she tells me she can’t help. They wasted my time and were rude.

I had been going to hnr sincei was 16 and never had an issue until this tax season people were not trained properly and when a mistake was made it was treated as if it didn't matter we will definitely not be going back they have lost our business!
